Mechanical Design Engineer required for a company that works in several different market sectors including food, poultry, stainless steel swimming pools and moving pool floors and agriculture as well as the design and manufacture of slurry handling equipment.
The Mechanical Design Engineer role would be suited to mechanical design engineers from sheet metal, stainless steel and/or agricultural product design backgrounds. You will have strong 2D and 3D design package experience ideally on AutoCAD LT and on SolidWorks.
The Mechanical Design Engineer role will principally involve producing working detail and assembly drawings. You will undertake both concept and re modification design work using stainless steel materials. You will ensure drawings are in line with technical specifications provided.
