Mechanical Design Engineer

The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for designing, analysing, and optimising to ensure efficient Design for Static Equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skids, Tanks, and Structures.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform Mechanical Design of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skids, Tanks, and Structures based on ASME, TEMA, Customer Datasheets and project specifications, utilizing PVlite, Codeware, Tekla and other software.
• Preparation of mechanical data sheets for the Heat exchangers.
• Provide inputs and supervise the preparation of the AutoCAD Drawings.
• Preparation of Material Requisition (MR/PR) with Technical Delivery Conditions for Project Related Materials
• Preparation / Review of Material Take-off (MTO), Material specifications and Purchase requisitions, including Technical Delivery Conditions.
