Mechanical design engineer

Job Responsibilities
• Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and automation systems
• Prepare 2 D drawings, 3 D models, assembly drawings, and BOM
• Work on machine concepts, fixtures, conveyors, and pneumatic systems
• Coordinate with manufacturing, purchase, assembly, and controls teams
• Support machine trials, debugging, and design modifications
• Participate in technical discussions and customer requirement analysis
Required Skills
• Experience in SPM machine design
• Good knowledge of:
Strong knowledge on DFMEA & (GD&T)
o Solid Works / Auto CAD
o Pneumatics
o Manufacturing drawings
o Automation components selection  (including sensor servo’s etc)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in:
• Assembly automation
• Riveting / Press fit / Leak test stations
• Conveyor systems
• Fixture and tooling design
• Robot integration support
• Vision inspect...
