£40,000 to £45,000 + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday
Mechanical Design Engineer required for a company that works in several different market sectors including food, poultry, stainless steel swimming pools and moving pool floors, agriculture, and the design and manufacture of slurry handling equipment.
The role is suited to mechanical design engineers from sheet metal, stainless steel and/or agricultural product design backgrounds. You will have strong 2D and 3D design package experience, ideally on AutoCAD LT and SolidWorks.
The Mechanical Design Engineer principally produces working detail and assembly drawings, undertakes concept and re-modification design work using stainless steel materials, and ensures drawings comply with technical specifications.
