Mechanical Design Engineer – Process Plant Equipment

Job Overview : Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic mechanical engineering team. This position involves designing mechanical equipment used in process plants, such as piping, storage vessels, and pressure vessels. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and gain exposure to industry design standards, specifications, and professional mentorship. Key Responsibilities : Design mechanical equipment for process plants, including piping, storage vessels, and pressure vessels. Participate in all phases of mechanical projects: planning, concept design, detailed design, manufacturing, quality control, installation, commissioning, and handover. Develop 3D concepts for detailed design phases. 3D modelling and review of process plant layouts. Reading and interpretation of process and instrumentation diagrams.
