Key Responsibilities - Mechanical CNC Service Engineer Carry out installation and commissioning of CNC machine tools Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on CNC machinery Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing Conduct machine alignments geometry checks and accuracy testing Support troubleshooting of CNC controls including Heidenhain Siemens SINUMERIK and Fanuc Read and interpret engineering drawings hydraulic and pneumatic schematics Replace and adjust mechanical components such as ball screws linear guides bearings spindles tool changers and hydraulic pneumatic systems ...
