**Job Description**
The Mechanical Assembly Technician performs in-house mechanical modifications, assembly, and disassembly of AC/DC electric motors according to customer specifications. This role works hands-on with a variety of motor sizes, using standard hand, power, and pneumatic tools to rework and build motors to precise requirements. The technician collaborates closely with shop leadership, engineers, and quality teams, follows detailed modification orders, and maintains accurate documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
