Job Description

What you’ll do:

The Meat Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the Meat department operations while maintaining a profitable department, high quality products and superb service levels. The manager implements marketing ideas to promote the business, encourages a high level of employee engagement, maintains revenue and expense budgets, and meets budgeted productivity while keeping quality and guest service consistently high. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensure established sale targets and margins are obtained
  • Explore opportunities to grow sales and increase margin
  • Lead training and development of team members with the department
