Job Details Position part of a unionized bargaining unit. Hourly wage starts at $16.00, with the possibility of a higher wage based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and prior experience, all within the collective agreement wage scale.
This is a posting for an existing permanent full-time position.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the daily operations of the meat department.
Ensure the department is stocked, clean, and well‑organized.
Develop and implement processes for smooth department management.
Assist with receiving, cutting, packaging, and rotating meat products in both the display area and storage.
Recruit, train, and supervise meat department staff.
Create work schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
