M&E Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure all M&E works are executed on schedule, adhering strictly to relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Liaise and coordinate closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to address and resolve M&E-related issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Lead and manage the site team-including M&E engineers, structural engineers, and architectural coordinators-to deliver quality outcomes that meet consultant specifications and client expectations.
• Attend site-level Coordination & Communication Meetings (CCM) to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of M&E shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements, aligned with the M&E master schedule.
