Job Description
The M&E Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of all mechanical and electrical systems supporting the building / plant facility. The role ensures reliable, safe, and uninterrupted infrastructure performance to support critical production and operations.
Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting building / plant utilities, electrical systems, compressed air, plumbing, fire protection, and backup power systems. Support facility operation. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and project works. Review maintenance schedules, service reports, work permits, and shutdown plans. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with statutory, EHS, and site procedures. Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, including after-hours support when required.
