M&E Designer/ Drafter

Responsibilities: To develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions Update and maintain current drawings / documentation Discuss ideas or issues to team verbally and written Requirements: Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD and other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM) Familiar with local building codes Familiar with local submission procedures Exposure to ISO / drafting standards Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely Perform as a good team player Interested candidates please submit updated resume via
