Maths Supply Teacher (QTS Required) - Job Description
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable.
- Follow school schemes of work and lesson plans, adapting where necessary to meet students' needs.
- Maintain continuity of learning during staff absence.
- Assess student understanding and provide feedback where required.
- Differentiate learning to support students of varying abilities, including SEND and EAL learners.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and implement the school's behaviour policy consistently.
- Create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leaders.
