Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Materials Leader.

Job summary

The primary responsibilities will be strategically plan, manage, and monitor production capacity and materials to ensure service level, past‑due reduction, achieve sales and absorption goals, escalating and making synergy with the multidisciplinary team, and having a leadership active role within the team.

Job responsibilities

1. Leads the entire production planning team to provide a good & professional service to internal & external customers and achieve customer delivery expectation, OTD and LT.
2. Reviews and monitors the process of production planning, DOH controlling and order fulfillment, and the Master Production Schedule to ensure sales order anticipated and long‑term materials planning.
