RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Maintain the site computerized work management system.
* Ensure Maximo and LMBuildings work status accuracy including time recording and log entries.
* Assist in all move activities including assistance to the Facility Maintenance Services technicians with inspections and other tasks as required.
* Ensure all access, resources; skills, materials and tools available prior to scheduling job to insure limited down time productivity.
