Material Services Team Leader

SUMMARY

Oversee shipping, receiving and forklift operations for the Material Services department, supporting operational needs for all of our customers. Ensure efficient material flow, accurate line delivery, and timely shipments while upholding safety standards and company policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Supervision

• Work assignment and management of job duties for Material Services associates
• Accurate and prompt time clock records approvals
• Conduct shift meetings, on-demand SMQCDE priority alerts/notifications, and communicate operational priorities
• Serve as backup for counterparts (Honda - Toyota)
• Lead by example in conduct, judgement, and work ethic in all areas of SMQCDE
• Document and escape performance issues and recognition
