Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Material Productivity / Costing Engineer to oversee cost control, material productivity, and financial accuracy for Prefab operations. The role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, variance analysis, and alignment between operational data and financial reporting systems. Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly financial closing activities for Prefab operations and ensure timely completion. Validate material consumption, manufacturing variances, scrap levels, and inventory adjustments. Ensure accurate cost posting in ERP systems and alignment with financial reporting standards. Analyze material costs, BOM (Bill of Materials) deviations, project margins, and operational cost variances. Identify key cost drivers impacting production efficiency and profitability.
