Material Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Director, Materials, the Analyst is responsible for maintaining materials and purchasing data, supporting production with supply information, coordinating supplier contracts, ensuring Certificates of Conformance compliance, and managing outsourced parts schedules. This role ensures data accuracy, material availability, and supports high‑volume manufacturing operations.

Typical Day

• Maintain accurate materials, purchasing, and supply chain data in ERP systems.
• Provide timely supply information to production and planning teams.
• Coordinate supplier contracts and maintain Certificates of Conformance.
• Create and maintain outsourced parts schedules.
• Audit and validate data integrity (e.g., quotations, discrepancies).
