Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create Job Orders for material planning (MRP) to support customer sales order.
- Release Purchase Requisition in the Oracle System per Planned Orders.
- Determine availabilities requirement and adjust/re‑adjust in accordance to Sales Work Order changes – pull‑in, push‑out and cancellation.
- Review and release Work Orders with sufficient manufacturing lead time as per capacity (MPS) and stating the necessary requirements needed – TCN / ECN implementation.
- Generate Clear To Build (CTB) reports/shortages for material status, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders informing them of any potential materials shortages that could affect the shipment sales schedule.
- Commit delivery based on material full kit date and production commitment.
