**Job Title: Material Handler**
**Job Description**
The Material Handler pulls and moves materials required for production orders, customer sales orders, and miscellaneous requests in an accurate and timely manner. This role operates forklifts and pallet jacks, supports shipping and receiving activities, and maintains precise inventory records using manual and computer systems. The Material Handler coordinates material status with planners and manufacturing departments to support on-time customer shipments, and performs all tasks in accordance with quality, DOT, and hazardous waste requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pull material required for production orders, customer sales orders, and miscellaneous requests accurately and on time.
+ Utilize standard forklifts and high bay forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely.
+ Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including preparing and processing shipments to meet customer needs.
