**Material Bonder A - 1st Shift (ROC)**
**Description**
**Work Performed:**
* Working from blueprints, Bell Process Specifications, drawings or written specifications performs all necessary layouts and prepares parts or articles composed of like or unlike materials for pressure bonding process.
* Plans operations and performs assembling, fitting, and trimming as required, applies either liquid or solid bonding agents.
* Uses various production aids, such as jigs, fixtures and hand tools.
* Checks all work to ensure selection and application of proper bonding agent, correct assembly and fitting, etc., and places articles in a pressure furnace.
* Controls conditions of heat, pressure, and timing by setting and operating various controls according to the specifications for the materials and the bonding agent being used.
* Maintains close watch over furnace controls during bonding proces...
