Position overview:
The Master Technician OMW reports to the Manufacturing Manager for OMW or the Production Manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop new parts.Resolve problems with existing parts.Train new hires.Provide ongoing training The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating Cold Forming equipment.
Main responsibilities:Develop New Parts.Support Engineering in DFM reviews.Complete and/or support set up of new parts.Support engineering and quality on resolution of production issues.Resolve Problems with Existing PartsLiaison between Forming and Engineering on parts which do not run effectively.Assist with problem solving the tooling/set up issue.Support documentation of solution.Trouble shoot machine related issues in collaboration with maintenance.Train New H...
