Job Description
About the role:
The Master Scheduler is a key EPMO role responsible for assuring the quality, integrity and consistency of project and program schedules across Victoria Police, enabling clear, evidence-based governance and decision-making. The role leads schedule assurance, portfolio reporting and continuous improvement, working closely with the EPMO Director, Project and Program Managers, and other EPMO practice managers to provide an integrated view of delivery performance, risks and dependencies.
Core initiatives include monthly schedule assurance reviews, portfolio-level reporting, supporting recovery planning, and uplifting scheduling standards, tools and practices across the organisation. Victoria Police encourage applications from people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ communities, recognising that diverse perspectives strengthen outcomes for the community.
