We are seeking an experienced Master Machinist to join a growing precision machining operation on 1st shift. This is a hands-on role for a highly skilled CNC professional with a strong manufacturing engineering mindset who can troubleshoot complex machining issues, improve processes, develop fixtures, and support precision production operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5–+ years of CNC machining experience, strong setup and programming abilities, and a proven track record of working with tight tolerances and complex machined components. This individual will play a key role in optimizing production, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest levels of quality.
