Marketing Technology Systems Co-ordinator

Position Summary

As part of the Marketing and Communications team, the Systems Co‑ordinator contributes to the delivery and continuous improvement of Seneca’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and CRM-driven marketing automation. Working at the intersection of technology, data and campaign execution, the co‑ordinator plays an active role in shaping how communications are built, targeted and optimized across the prospect, applicant and student lifecycle. This includes contributing to segmentation strategies, supporting personalization approaches, and identifying opportunities to enhance automation and overall campaign effectiveness. The role is deeply embedded in a highly collaborative team environment, working alongside Marketing Technology colleagues and cross‑functional partners on a daily basis to problem‑solve, share knowledge and deliver campaigns through a model of shared ownership and accountability.
