Marketing Sr. Analytics Partner

Purpose:

Athene is seeking an innovative and motivated professional to join our collaborative Marketing team that uses data & insights to inform strategic & targeted marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll support the administration & maintenance of marketing data, audiences, and campaign lists that enable the execution of targeted, effective programs.

Accountabilities:

Oversee and participate in the collection, management, and dissemination of internal & external data to support Marketing campaign & database initiatives.

Create, manage, and audit audience lists and segments for email, direct mail, call, event, and advertising campaigns.

Gather requirements and selection criteria, and where appropriate make recommendations for audience targeting and segmentation.

Ensure all campaign lists are compliant with the applicable marketing preferences & restrictions of each distribution partner.
