This position will be responsible for executing the growth plan for Kinder Surprise over the coming years, leading the brand’s annual strategic plan, and overseeing the planning and execution of key seasonal events such as Children’s Day and Easter. The role will also be responsible for designing the activation calendar and ensuring its implementation across 360° campaigns, S&OP, and P&L management, while also leading and implementing innovation projects.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social, trade marketing, and PR)
- Manage the brand calendar and annual marketing plans
- Lead product innovation projects and pipeline management with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Translate global brand strategy into local execution
- Manage portfolio performance and monitor category/SKU results
