Marketing Manager – VCA Canada Animal Hospitals – Calgary, Alberta. Reporting to the Vice President, Communications. Full‑time, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Leadership – Manage day‑to‑day partner relationships and marketing/e‑commerce initiatives. Develop and execute partner marketing proposals aligned with VCA Canada’s strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement programs that enhance the client experience and showcase partner offerings.
• Lead and support the RFP process with the MVH Commercial team and manage partner budgets and funds reporting, coordinating closely with Accounting.
• Develop and lead quarterly partner check‑ins and establish standardized reporting for performance measurement.
• Manage sponsorships and events: develop, nurture, and evaluate sponsorships, create content opportunities, and execute conferences.
