You will lead and oversee impactful design and marketing projects, drive brand growth initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the direction and success of our creative team while further strengthening your leadership and strategic capabilities. Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6.30 PM) Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end marketing function across online and offline channels, from campaign planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
Develop and manage the overall marketing calendar, including key sales periods, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of spend and strong return on investment.
