Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies and marketing funnels

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals

  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend

  • Track and report key performance metrics

    • Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns

  • Strong understanding of customer funnel and conversion strategies

  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
