Develop and execute offline marketing and business development strategies to increase patient footfall. Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare partners. Generate corporate tie-ups for employee health check-ups and wellness programs. Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, medical outreach activities, and community engagement initiatives. Coordinate with local associations, apartments, schools, colleges, industries, and NGOs for healthcare programs.
