We are looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for our Incontinence Category (TENA).
**What You Will Do**:
- Work together with the Marketing Director of the region and Local teams to define the Long-Term Incontinence Brand strategy & Vision.
- Jointly manage and align with the Marketing Director, the Tena Brand Portfolio (Brand Architecture, Innovation requirements, Pricing strategy) to win in the local marketplace.
- Develop, implement and track all the Marketing Plan activities to boost penetration, sales growth, Market share, Brand Building and Profitability targets (both short and long term).
