Marketing Manager

BATA Ltd are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive our marketing calendar on behalf of our strong brand portfolio. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance BATAs overall presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy, based around the overall company goals.
Work with our Retail, Feed & Fuel teams to offer high quality marketing initiatives to help drive forward business performance.
Work with existing Marketing team to deliver world class, personalised activity for the wide range of customers and members.
Lead our retail Marketing proposition and execution to help drive store standards and in-store excellence.
Working with our buying team to identify supplier opportunities.
Creation of local events.
