Marketing Manager

Overview

ISEC is looking for a strategic, driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the overall marketing and business growth across our centres in Malaysia. This role goes beyond traditional marketing — we are seeking someone who can build the ISEC brand nationally, drive patient growth, and position ISEC as a leading eye specialist centre in Malaysia and the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive group marketing and business growth strategy for ISEC.
• Drive patient acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple centres.
• Lead and manage digital marketing (social media, SEO, SEM, website, content).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks nationwide.
• Plan and execute campaigns, events, and outreach programs across different regions.
