Marketing Manager
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of leading Web and Digital Marketing company. The Marketing Manager will own and drive company's performance marketing capability across a diverse client portfolio, with a particular focus on high-velocity consumer growth brands in the prize-competition sector. You will build a market-leading growth function, lead strategy across paid and owned channels, optimise budgets of ~£10m, and deliver measurable growth, acquisition efficiency, and lifetime value improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead multi-channel growth strategies across sectors
- Own forecasting and reporting processes
- Lead paid media strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
- Run creative testing & performance frameworks
- Ensure ASA/CAP compliance for competition clients
- Lead and mentor the marketing performance team
