About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing, this role will support BOQ Group’s growth and retention objectives across digital channels, with a particular focus on SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and the evolving agentic search landscape.
As part of the Performance Marketing team, you will drive organic search strategy and execution across BOQ Group brands, helping to improve visibility across search engines, AI-powered search experiences and large language models (LLMs). Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Product and external agency partners, you will identify opportunities to enhance website performance, optimise content, improve technical foundations and deliver measurable business outcomes.
