Marketing Content Assistant Manager (Onsite)

Basic Function/Job Summary

Reporting to the COO and co-manages the department with the Marketing Strategist, the Senior Content Lead acts as the Editor-in-Chief and Creative Director for Taters Enterprises, Inc. (TEI). This role is responsible for developing the overarching content strategy, managing the editorial calendar, and ensuring that all creative output—text, visual, and video—aligns strictly with the brand’s voice and business objectives. The Senior Content Lead transitions from pure creation to leadership, supervising the Content Production Team. They are responsible for quality control, workflow optimization, and integrating Generative A.I. tools to scale content production while maintaining brand authenticity.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Editorial Management
• Develops and owns the monthly and quarterly Content Calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales goals.
