Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
- Experience in HR in two of the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, business consulting, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, or employee relations.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support stakeholder management.
**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience in talent management, performance initiatives, development programs, change leadership, employee relations, and employment law.
- Expertise in leading and implementing large-scale, global HR projects, including risk management, change management, and business readiness.
