We are looking for 2 curious and forward-thinking Master’s graduates to join DOF as our Maritime Trainees for 2026 & 2027!
In cooperation with the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association, we are offering a structured, well established 18-month Trainee program starting fall 2026. Through structured learning, rotational assignments and with the support of an inspirational mentor, we will build a key player that can be a partner in translating vision into strategy in a focused and sustainable way.
As a Maritime Trainee, you will play an active role in DOF’s daily operations, taking on meaningful tasks under the guidance of supervisors in each department you rotate through. You will get insight into vessel operations and management, as well as the different project stages from tendering to project delivery.
