Marine Heavy Diesel Lead Technician – Mentor & Ops

RealNZ is seeking a seasoned Marine Heavy Diesel Lead to oversee heavy diesel maintenance across our marine assets. You will lead and mentor a team of Heavy Diesel Technicians, ensure safety compliance, and deliver both scheduled and reactive maintenance across the fleet.

You will provide expert diagnostic support, manage workflows across sites, contribute to project planning, balance priorities with resources, and be available for urgent maintenance on the on-call roster in Te Anau, New Zealand.
