Marine Engineer – Gosport
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

I’m working with a busy marine service provider in the Gosport area, looking for an experienced Marine Engineer to join their hands-on team. You’ll be working on a variety of prestige yachts and motorboats up to 40m, helping to maintain, repair, and refit vessels to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on yachts and motorboats
Diagnosing and repairing engines, systems, and onboard equipment
Assisting with refit projects, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Working closely with other engineers, shipwrights, and the team to deliver high-quality service
Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly
The ideal candidate:
Strong marine engineering background (leisure yachts/motorboats)
