Manufacturing Training & Excellence Lead

Vertiv, based in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Training Manager to lead and enhance training programs aimed at improving manufacturing performance and workforce development. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team to design and implement training solutions aligned with business objectives.
