Overview

Hendrickson is seeking a full-time Tooling Designer to optimize tooling for the Rolling Mills and Assembly departments. Your designs will support manufacturing efficiency and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Design tooling for current products and manufacturing improvements
• Create detailed tooling drawings for production
• Supervise first-time usage to ensure efficiency
• Document and catalog tooling lists for effective control
• Implement standardization and quick-change methods

Qualifications

• Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering Technologist Degree
• 5 years of tooling design experience
• Experience with MasterCam and project management
• Knowledge of APQP and IATF standards
• Solid problem-solving capabilities
