This is a contract role to support Oura's initiatives. This role will be employed by SCRG (not Oura), but will work closely with Oura teams and play a meaningful role in supporting Oura growth in the region.
- CM & Factory Test Ownership
- Own and manage factory test execution at assigned CM.
- Act as the primary on-site technical representative for Customer during Ops builds, ramp, pack out, and shipping.
- Ensure consistent test coverage, limits, procedures, and execution across CM sites.
- Drive CM accountability for quality, yield, throughput, and test performance.
- Build Execution & Operations Support
- Lead and support Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production builds.
- Manage day-to-day test issues during builds, including yield loss, tester downtime, and process escapes.
