Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

• Perform a wide variety of optical, electronic or electro‑mechanical, mechanical measurement product assembly operations on assemblies or sub‑assemblies.


• Determine or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component cleaning & installation, hand soldering, and fitting on assembly units.


• Perform mechanical and optical alignment for laser tuning.


• Conduct product performance testing such as functional, leakage, laser performance, and other related testing processes.


• Conduct electrical testing/troubleshooting.


• Recommend process improvement plan.

Education and Work Experience

• Possess at least Diploma in Engineering or its equivalents with 2 years or more relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
