Job Overview

The TE PBL Kaizen Facilitator is responsible for assisting the PBL On Site Management team to drive PBL suppliers and implementing Lean & 6sigma tools on‑site activities to help suppliers meet the scorecard targets including Productivity, Quality and Delivery on time. This role also supports the PBL business development goal and participates in TEOA activities in suppliers.

• Support PBL team members with high‑frequency on‑site process audits and report out. (Ensure implementation of standardized practices to prevent recurrence of customer and internal issues, and enhance supplier quality to meet TE quality requirements.)
