Job Description
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician I
**Location:** Plymouth, MN - 100% Onsite
**Pay Range:** $20/hr to $24/hr on W2
**Job Details:**
+ Identify, analyze, and implement manufacturing improvements to enhance production efficiency.
+ Maintain existing equipment and develop new tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing processes.
+ Assist in writing technical reports and support new product introductions and validations.
+ Troubleshoot issues related to catheter assembly and diagnose part problems to ensure quality standards.
+ Train assemblers and support engineers with occasional minor project work to improve overall team performance.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-3 years of experience with equipment repair, maintenance, and production line support preferred.
+ High school diploma or GED minimum required.
+ Medical assembly experience is a plus but not mandatory.
