We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process improvements, equipment performance, safety, quality, and production efficiency. This person will work closely with production, maintenance, suppliers, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and support day-to-day plant operations.
Responsibilities
+ Propose, evaluate, and support improvements to manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
+ Support plant goals related to safety, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost.
+ Coordinate the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment to support production needs.
+ Analyze tooling, equipment, and process concerns to determine the appropriate corrective actions.
