Overview Supervises, organizes and develops the team, materials, and equipment to meet production and quality goals in a safe work environment. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Others may be assigned. Ensures effective employee relations. Provides coaching and development of their employees. Resolves employee issues and reviews and responds to their suggestions. Maintains an environment that supports and promotes the core values and culture of Contec, including support of Contec's policies, programs, and procedures. Effectively plans, organizes and directs the work to be performed through assigned Leads to meet production and quality goals. Provides adequate staffing resources based on the skills matrix and cross trains associates. Ensures production equipment and processes are safe and properly functioning.
