Manufacturing Project Engineer (Santa Catarina)

Lead and optimize welding processes across the assigned plant area to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production that meets established manufacturing requirements. This role owns the overall direction of the value stream(s), with accountability for PQVC performance, process stability, throughput, defect reduction, and continuous improvement in welding operations. Reporting directly to this position are Section Managers and various levels of Operations support personnel.

• Ensure effective operation of an assigned area of manufacturing to meet established schedules and production requirements while maintaining cost.
